Knowledge

The Keeper summoned Merlin, Brock, the White Elf and the Grand Tinker into his castle.  They were told that  since man has brought disharmony to the ancient order, then man must fight the Dark One by instructing the sons and daughters of man in ways of the ancient order. Knowledge, there after became the collective wisdom of others, invested in the individual in a quest for founding.

Revealed in the pages of the Book of Interests are some of the ancient ways of fighting the forces of boredom, unproductively, sadness, and the lack of knowledge.  The Links which Brock has forged are detailed in the pages of this book. Seek and Ye shall find.  Knock and a door will be opened for you.  The truth is out there - do you believe?

Contrary to the opinion of our teenagers, learning and the quest for knowledge does not end upon completion of high school.  Many of us seek to acquire knowledge for a variety of reasons, ours being a test to determine during our later years, whether Alzheimer disease is looming, as it was present in our loved ones, a detail of which is contained in our compassion section.

Quest for Knowledge

Perhaps in your quest for knowledge a little book may come to your attention like The little Flowers of Saint Francis which generation after generation has taken to its heart about the story of how the Little Poor Man taught the world about the love of Christ, and how this love can be lived and shared and enjoyed by everyone.

Perhaps you have also found someone who is on a quest for knowledge and you have been given the opportunity to share your knowledge.  And taking a brief stop along the highway of life have made a new friend from whom you too may gain knowledge.

Or perhaps in your quest you have found humility, like Brother Masseo as retold briefly from The little Flowers of Saint Francis.

Saint Franics gave Brother Masseo tasks which would permit the other Friars more time for prayers but his companions began to feel intense remorse in their hearts and asked St. Francis to divide duties among themselves.  Upon hearing this, Saint Francis agreed and told Brother Masseo who replied "Whatever you impose on me-either in part or in whole-I consider it done by God."

Dear reader do not impose on yourself the lack of compassion and kindness in your quest for knowledge, for  greater the gifts and graces which God gives us, the greater is our obligation to be more humble, because without humility no virtue is acceptable to God.
