Thank you James, "Bobby", and Alex for making
our Heartland Hallmark award possible. Together,
perhaps we have planted "good seed" and now
we must await the harvest. And Teresa - our award
creator; such a talented artist.

To receive an award from our
peers is a humbling experience. During the years we
have served on the Heartland Award of Excellence committee,
the dedication and attention to detail by every member has
been evident. Thank you Bernie Howe for nominating our web
site and thank you my fellow CL's for honoring our efforts.

Kindness
comes in many forms,
like changing a tire in a storm; Perhaps on an occasion you say,
kindness received you should repay.
But on with your life, another day, that act of kindness you will
repay; Someday may never come your way, and then what will you
possibly say?
The some days of our lives are today, and kindness is returned
each day; Our conclusion is really the only way, that kindness
also comes to us each day

Every worthy teacher in Yahoo Geocities gives more than
his or her personal time and talents, and puts heart
power into every act. By example and precept the
lessons are taught and growth follows in response to
cultivation. Our site has received the Heart of the
City award as the result of those who have taught and
taught well. May God continue to bless their
efforts, for many such as ourselves are truly thankful
and are better parents because of their love.

We celebrated our second year as a community leader in
the Heartland community of Geo Cities. Although
the CL program is not officially supported by Yahoo,
the reputation as caring and compassionate folk lives
on and we each help new and old aspiring web creators
while maintaining the values which made Heartland a
family place for mom, dad, friends, relatives and
children. |
