Nili and other teaching sites would not have been available on the WWW had someone not seen an urgent need, developed the tools to meet that need, and inspired others join hands in support of Page porting research and development. While we may question the wisdom of many "research projects", we must actively promote those projects which benefit our deaf and hard of hearing community.
This book, which perhaps should be subtitled start here, offers a hands-on approach to anyone who wishes to gain a perspective on natural language processing, the computational analysis of human language data.
