Members previously known as Heartland Community Leaders reformed and established WebTech University and its associated activities which include online classes in HTML, CSS and PSP. This writer is proud to be a part of this wonderful organization. Please pay them a visit and a helping hand and heart of compassion will be extended.

This section of our web site includes practical help in building and maintaining web sites. You will begin your web page building efforts and become introduced to the wonderful world of award giving. The community of award givers is rather complex and wide spread. 

However every organization involved in award giving will certainly come to the realization that the Help Now international grass roots effort begun in 2006 will enable a first time web page builder to have access to the vast resources and individual member areas of interest.
