Ring Surf: A Circle of Light WebRing was formed May 2, 1997. To many of us, A Circle of Light, brings to mind a place for us to feel safe, at peace and in harmony. Those in A Circle of Light believe it is our responsibility to live in peace, harmony and unity with our brothers, sisters and nature on this planet. We are not alone in this quest. It is the intent of A Circle of Light's webring to link us together as one planet; one people; one Universe.
