While conducting research for a term paper-The Impact of Communal Life and Sport Activity, I found references which included "Gathering The Jewels." After making the appropriate citations, I returned to the home page and was immediately immersed in Wales through the G.I.S.-geographical search facility.
The Geographic information systems (GIS) is appropriate for managing and accessing the 30,000 plus Gathering of the Jewels digital library data inclusions, and particularly the collections of spatial data such as maps or images.
A visit is recommended because information retrieval is almost instantaneous and accurate, which enhances a learning experience. In addition a visitor would have in one place virtually anything about Wales at their disposal.
