The
Marian Koshland Science Museum of the National Academy of Sciences
is located in Washington, D. C. near the National Mall. While most of us,
including
myself having been born in D. C., would relish a visit which may not be
possible, except
for the excellent website which has been created.
The interactive features which include "Murder at the Museum", "Putting DNA to
Work",
"Global Warming: Facts and Our Future", and "Wonders of Science" are a sample
of the teaching and learning contained within an exceptionally authored web
site,
in which we have found excellence by all respects.
