Although aimed at school communities in North Tyneside, the wealth of carefully selected links to appropriate websites must be of immense value to anyone with an interest in education. The Cool Schools Website has been thoughtfully and painstakingly created to offer easy and immediate access to a wide range of educational sites, including all areas of the curriculum, homework help, policies, procedures, and sites addressing common problems/concerns such as drugs, smoking, health issues and bullying.

North Tyneside schools includes curriculum, English, mathematics, history, citizenship, pshe, geography, art, design and technology, homework, revision, religious education, science and special education needs. The opening image map includes title tags which give us the web site contents with a mouse over and a search engine if a visitor has a specific search query. The web site is filled with niceties like being WAI and W3C compliant, so our special children will have an easier time browsing and learning.
