International Childrens Digital Library (ICDL)™ is our third quarter of 2007 honoree to represent the collective teaching and learning of those shown below. 

As a specialist in learning disorders continuing education is critical to my profession.  For that and other reasons, I recommended the ICDL for the Talking Hands Award and I am pleased that they received accolades from those involved with this award process.  M. H. PhD
